Apple Dust: This piece was painted with red and yellow dirt found near Saphire Village in the Little Belt Mountains. The green was found in another part of the Little Belts called Sawmill Canyon, near Judith Gap, MT. The branch is made up of dark brown tones from the “streets” of Castle Town - A once bustling mining community located near Lennep, MT in the Castle Mountains.
