Muddy Mope:
This commissioned piece was painted with blue dirt discovered down in an old mine. It has the bluish/turquoise hue because it is technically calcium fluoride. It was found up in the Little Belts in the Carpenter Creek area of Kings Hill. The yellow and dark brown hues also came from the Little Belt Mountains in the Neihart area.
